1. Current configuration
The Blanche application does not intentionally set analytics, advertising or marketing cookies and does not currently use application-authored local storage. Because no optional tracking is enabled in the application, Blanche does not show an unnecessary cookie-consent banner.
The hosting/platform layer may use technical mechanisms that are strictly necessary to serve, secure or authenticate access to the website. Blanche does not use those mechanisms for advertising or behavioural profiling.
2. Cookie and storage inventory
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Application analytics / advertising | None enabled | No application analytics or advertising tracking is configured | Not applicable | Not applicable |
| Application local storage | None intentionally set | No preference or tracking value is intentionally stored by the Blanche application | Not applicable | Not applicable |
This inventory reflects the Blanche application. Hosting or security technologies may operate at platform level and are reviewed separately.
3. If optional technologies are added later
Blanche will not load non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking before the visitor has made the required choice. Optional categories will default to off, rejection will be as easy as acceptance, and consent will not be inferred from scrolling, continued browsing, inactivity or simply closing a notice.
If optional cookies are introduced, a Cookie settings control will be added so visitors can change or withdraw their choice as easily as they gave it. This policy will be updated at the same time.
4. Irish ePrivacy position
Irish rules generally require consent for storing information on, or accessing information from, a user's device, subject to limited exemptions including technologies that are strictly necessary for a service requested by the user. Blanche uses that distinction when deciding whether a consent control is needed.
